I cant remember from where I picked this line..But yeah,made me think same. I guess it's all about personal view point and level of honesty you want to keep up with yourself. And,no problem,your work is very appreciated as well =)

I did a gradient map in Photoshop - I'm almost certain theres a way of doing that in GIMP

probably, alot of the editing programs have mostly the same features, but I wouldn't know, I mess around every now and again with stuff but more of my work is how I shot it.

Thats good - I actually suck a photography so Photoshop is a bit of a crutch that I love to lean on :)

I think GIMP and Photoshop are probably the best around for photo editing

The more you use them, better you get at it
